- Rates include buffet breakfast and Italian sales tax. - A Half Board solution is available at an extra 45 Euros per person, per day. This solution becomes compulsory when a group of people books five or more rooms ("block bookings"). - Junior Suites and Suites allow for a third bed to be added; this bears an extra housekeeping charge of 45 Euros per day. - Our Colognole Suite and our Junior suites are equipped with an ipod and speakers for the enjoyment of our guests. *** - The Family Suite is equipped with a digital media station in its living room area. *** (*** upgrades available in 2011) - All rooms have an LCD TV (two in the Colognole Suite, three in the Family Suite), DVD player, telephone, and broadband internet access. - Two of our rooms are accessible to people with disabilities. - Villa Bordoni has a firm non-smoking policy; smoking is only allowed in the external public areas. - The "Villa & Staff" option includes exclusive use of the hotel's accommodation facilities and reserved public areas. It does NOT include exclusive use of the restaurant and bar. - A minimum stay of two nights is usually requested, although exceptions can be made. - Classic double rooms are all located on the ground floor of the hotel, and as such do not have a view. All other rooms have views.
